The Centre for Robotics is mainly focused on real-time Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human-Machine interaction, applied to Intelligent Transport Systems (in particular autonomous vehicles), mobile robots and collaborative robots, and the Industry of the Future.
Our research is structured into 5 topics: perception and machine-learning, collaborative robotics, industrial engineering, 3D point clouds, and virtual/augmented reality.
Our laboratory also possesses several experimental platforms (robots, immersive room, vehicles, etc.) enabling us to validate our algorithms before transferring them to our industrial partners.
